Also heard Ms. K Phukan, learned CGC for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2. The instant Interlocutory Application has been filed for impleading Vidyabharati Educational Trust (Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology University) and Sri Chandra Dhwaj Panda, as respondent No. 5 & 6, respectively, in the connected writ petition. 3. The petitioner, being aggrieved by the communication dated 07.08.2025, whereby, the name of Sri Chandra Dhwaj Panda has been accepted as Accountable Manager of College of Aeronautical Engineering, which is owned by the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is further aggrieved by another communication dated 13.08.2025, whereby, renewal in respect of approval of College of Aeronautical Page No.# 4/4 Engineering was granted at Gobriguda, P.O. Kharling, Gunupur, Odisha. 5. The petitioner submits that for proper adjudication of the matter, i.e., the connected writ petition, the aforesaid two parties will be required. Therefore, he prays that those two parties should be impleaded in the writ petition as respondent Nos. 5 & 6. 6. This Court has gone through the materials brought before this Court as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. Taking into account the grievances of the petitioner made in the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that the aforesaid two parties, i.e., Vidyabharati Educational Trust (Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology University) and Sri Chandra Dhwaj Panda, are necessary parties for adjudication of the writ petition. Therefore, it is directed that the aforesaid two parties shall be impleaded as respondent Nos. 5 & 6 in the connected writ petition. 8. Accordingly, it is directed to the petitioner to file an amended cause title in the connected writ petition. 9.
