ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed by the wife seeking for transfer of M.C. No.311/2025 pending on the file of the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, to the Family Court, Mysuru1.
2. Heard the learned counsel Sri. Raju.C.N., for the petitioner and the learned counsel Smt. Nirmala Krishna, for the Caveator-respondent.
3. M.C.No.311/2025 has been filed by the respondent-Husband seeking for divorce under Section
1 hereinafter referred to as 'Trial Court'

13(1) and (1-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Seeking for transfer of the same, the wife has filed the present petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for granting of the relief sought for in the present petition. However, learned counsel for the respondent would contend that the allegations made in the petition that the petitioner-Wife is facing threat from the respondent-Husband is false.
5. Without going into merits of the matter since respondent-Husband has no objection to transfer the proceedings initiated by him in M.C.No.311/2025, the following:
ORDER i. The above petition is allowed. ii. M.C.No.311/2025 pending on the file of III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, shall stand transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru.

iii. The parties shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru on 28.07.2025, without the requirement of any further notice being issued in this regard. It shall be open to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru, to assign the transferred case to an appropriate Court. iv. Pursuant to appearance of the parties, the transferee Court shall conduct further proceedings in accordance with law. v. All contentions of the parties are left open. vi. Needless to state that both the parties shall co- operate with the transferee Court for expeditious disposal of the matter.
