Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. The present petition has been preferred seeking quashing of the order dated 06.05.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Fast Track, First, Banda in an application dated 31.03.2022 filed in Case No. 166/IX/2020, titled Smt. Vimla Devi v. Dilip, under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Bisanda, District Banda, whereby the application filed by the petitioner no. 1 for release of the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- lying with the Registrar General of this Court has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- was deposited by the husband of petitioner no. 1 in compliance of the order dated 06.09.2016 passed in Matter under Article No. 6597 of 2016, and that the said amount is presently lying with the Registrar General of this Court. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and upon perusal of the record, it is directed that the Registrar General of this Court shall release a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/-, deposited by the husband of petitioner no. 1 in compliance with the order dated 06.09.2016, in favour of petitioner no. 1, subject to there being no legal impediment. Prior to the release of the aforesaid amount, the Registrar General shall verify the facts as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
