Swarnima Singh) arising out of case crime No. 867 of 2013, under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506, I.P.C., Police Station Cantt., District Gorakhpur within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
