01. The instant contempt arises out of the order/judgment dated 05.06.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 1210/2024 by virtue of which the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of at the very threshold with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner by treating the writ petition as a representation and a direction was issued to decide the same strictly under rules and as per law by passing a detailed consideration order within a period of six weeks from the date, a certified copy of said order along with complete set of writ petition and annexures were made available to the said respondents.
02. While disposing of the said writ petition, it was also made clear that in case, the petitioner intends to submit any other material before respondents, the same can be submitted within the aforesaid period along with the petition. Sr. No. 18

03. Since the aforesaid order was not complied with, the instant contempt petition has been preferred in which the notice was issued on 15.04.2025.
04. Since the writ petition was disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the same as a representation and to accord consideration within some reasonable period, learned counsel for the respondents assures the Court that the
order will be complied with without any fail and she prays that two weeks further time be given to comply the same.

In light of the assurance extended by learned counsel for the respondents, no fruitful purpose will be served to keep this contempt petition alive and, accordingly, the same is disposed of by directing the respondents to comply with the order/judgment dated 05.06.2024 passed by this Court within two weeks.
06. Accordingly, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
07. It is made clear that in case order is not complied with within the aforesaid extended period, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the instant contempt petition and in that eventuality, this Court will be constrained to initiate coercive measures against the respondents.

Disposed of, accordingly.
