These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioners to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fourth respondent/ K.Ranjitham and to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased fourth respondent/ K.Ranjitham in S.A.No.295 of 2019, by ranking him as 12th respondent in the said second appeal. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents raised no objections. 4. Having accepted the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support the petitions filed for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fourth respondent/ K.Ranjitham and to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased fourth respondent/ K.Ranjitham in S.A.No.295 of 2019, by ranking him as 12th respondent in the said second appeal are allowed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.M.P.Nos.8807 and 8809 of 2023 in S.A.No.295 of 2019 5.
