Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that solely on the basis of confessional statement of the accused, the petitioner has been roped in this case, thus, this petitioner may be granted privilege of anticipatory bail. 5. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that this case needs extensive investigation and if necessary custodial investigation also, as the allegation is absolutely serious. 6. Considering the submission of the learned APP and the fact that there is an allegation against the petitioner that she was the mastermind and running the entire business of making forged educational certificates by employing the persons, this Court finds it not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as this case needs extensive investigation involving the petitioner and other accused. 7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/Cp-3
