ORDER: The Present Writ Petition i$ filed questioning the Proceedings in Rc.No. 114/2024/EGS /FA.Maruvada-RnstIm/HR, dated 28.06.2025 issued by the Respondent No.3 removing the Petitioner from the post of Field Assistant at Maruvada Gram Panchayat, Ranasthalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, without considering the explanation dated 11.12.2024 and 16.04.2025 and without furnishing the preliminary enquiry report dated 22.11.2024 and the alleged complaint dated 15.10.2024, which was relied upon before passing the impugned order as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The facts leading to file the present Writ Petition are as follows;- The Petitioner was initially appointed as Field Assistant in the year, 2007 at Maruvada Gram Panchayat, Ranasthalam Mandal, Srikakulam District and has been working ever since. While so, a Show-Cause Notice was issued dated 27.11.2024 alleging certain allegations against him. The Petitioner had submitted his explanation dated 11.12.2024 denying said allegations. 3. While so, on 09.04.2025, the Respondent No.3 had placed the Petitioner temporarily out of contract and directed him to show cause. The Petitioner again submitted his explanation dated 16.04.2025 denying allegations and also sought for copies of alleged complaint/ letter dated 15.10.2021 submitted by MPDO, Ranasthalam Mandal and preliminary enquiry dated 22.11.2024 submitted by Assistant Project Director,
MGNREGS, Etcherla Cluster. Though the Petitioner sought for the same, the furnishing the specific information impugned orders was passed, without sought by the Petitioner. Hence, the as present Writ Petition came to be filed. 4.
