GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “....to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in conducting the investigation in FIR No.23 of 2018 without having jurisdiction as illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction and so violating Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to transfer the FIR No.23 of 2018 to the concerned police station for investigation and pass ...” Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no further are necessary in this Writ Petition and the same may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to elevate their grievance before appropriate forum. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to work out his grievance before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
