Mr. Sahid Uddin Ahmed ….for the petitioner The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned trial judge has fixed the date of hearing of the application under Section 21 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act on November 6, 2025. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for preponing the said date. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 1877 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application for preponing the date of hearing of the application under Section 21 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act. If such an application is filed by the petitioner before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) at Kakdwip, District-South 24-Parganas in Title Suit No.251 of 2023, the learned trial judge is requested to consider the same and to pass orders accordingly.
