The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bishrampur P.S. Case No.51 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 64(1) and 62 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner was appointed by Panchayat Samiti to protect the forest land. He submits that the petitioner and the informant are co- villagers and the false allegations are made and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer 2025:JHHC:28471 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5422 of 2025 and submits that serious allegations are there against the petitioner. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the petitioner has outraged the modesty of the informant and on the voice raised by the informant peoples were assembled and thereafter the petitioner has left the place. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
