Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The learned Trial Court issued Non-Baiiable Warrant on 12.09.2023, as the petitioner/accused failed appear before the learned Court on that date. Pursuan{ to the execution of the NBW, the petitioner wats remanded to judicial custody. It appears that the petitioner failed to appear before the Trial Court only one occasion, for which the Court issued NBW. The Court did not recall the warrant and consequently remanded him to the judic'lal custody. The petitioner is aged about 50 years and has a fixed abode and permanent residence at AIIimadugi Sangam, Bogolu'Mandal, Nellore District. If one more opportunity is given, the petitioner would appear regularly before the learned Trial Court. 4. Further, keeping the petitioner in the judicial custody for long time would not serve any purpose. If some stringent conditions are imposed on the p'etitioner for his appearance before the learned Trial Court, it would serve the Purpose. 5. In the result,I the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions: 3 Dr.YLR, J CrI.P.No.7457 of2025 Dated 28.07.2025 i.
