The present applicant Yashpal Singh Negi is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to FIR dated 08.11.2024, bearing FIR No. 0585 of 2025, registered at P.S. Rishikesh District Dehradun wherein the present applicant along with one Manorma Rana have been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 420, 504 and 506 IPC. 4. When this anticipatory bail application was taken up, the present applicant was granted interim bail by the Coordinate Bench with certain conditions. 5. Today, Mr. Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State apprise to this Court that on completion of investigation and after collecting credible evidence, charge sheet has been filed. 6. Since, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and interim bail granted to the applicant by the Coordinate Bench was never been misused by the applicant, in such view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally and the interim bail granted on 27.06.2025 to the applicant is made absolute.
