GP FOR ENDOWMENTS 3 The Court made the following order: Ms.B.Mounika, learned counsel, representing Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have not been in contact with the learned counsel on record for long time. She further submits that though learned counsel on record addressed a letter to the petitioners seeking instructions, no reply has been received from them. Since the matter pertains to the year 2002 and the petitioners have not been pursuing the case through their advocate, it shows that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, if the petitioners feel that the cause still survives, they can file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
