By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that family members of both the petitioners are well satisfied and the married couple are leading peaceful life, meaning thereby, they are not in need of police protection. 5.
