The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ranga PS Case No.116 of 2024, for offence registered under section 108 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the allegations are made that the petitioner and the deceased were in love, however, later on, she has committed suicide. He further submits that the informant has filed a petition before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal stating therein that the petitioner has not instigated and it is the deceased who took such step and the said petition has been filed on affidavit. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer, however, he is not disputing Annexure-2 which is the petition filed by the informant. 5. Considering that Annexure-2 is the document which is a petition filed by the informant wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has not instigated and it is the deceased who took such step, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal, in connection with Ranga PS Case No.116 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
