2. RAMA RAO KOCHIRI The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 18.07.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 16649 of 2023.
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 18.07.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 16649 of 2023 and there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the Contempt Case.

learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he tried to contact the petitioner, he has not responded, hence, closed the Contempt Case. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months from today, if the order dated 18.07.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 16649 of 2023 has not complied with. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
