The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 is interfering with Ac.0.51 cents in Sy.No.94-1 of Konduru Village fields, Konduru Village Panchayat, Pendlimarry Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without issuing any notice. 2. Heard Sri Amachi Royal, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. Notice of respondents 5 & 6 is dispensed with since no adverse orders are passed against the rights and interests of respondents 5 & 6. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of Ac.0.51 cents in Sy.No.94-1 of Konduru Village fields, Konduru Village Panchayat, Pendlimarry Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. The petitioner got the said property by a registered settlement deed dated 04.03.2025 (Ex.P1) executed by his father. The Revenue Authorities updated the Record of Rights in the name of the petitioner. Respondent No.4, at the behest of respondents 5 & 6, is interfering with the petitioner’s possession of the property. 4. Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that there are disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 & 6, and further, respondent No.4 is not interfering with the petitioner’s possession of the property. The same is recorded. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.4 not to

interfere with an extent of Ac.0.51 cents in Sy.No.94-1 of Konduru Village fields, Konduru Village Panchayat, Pendlimarry Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without following due process of law.
