Mr. L.N.Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. Let respondents to have instructions on the allegations of the petitioner that on account of administrative mix-up, confusion and without there being any fault attributable to him, he has not been paid salary since May 2025 even though he is working continuously. Instructions be placed on record within seven days. List on 08.10.2025. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Due and admissible salary be also released to the petitioner in the meanwhile. CMP No.22923 of 2025 Disposed of as not pressed at this stage.” 2. Pursuant to above, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 06.10.2025 from the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, conveying that necessary order for release of petitioner’s salary for the period w.e.f. 01.06.2025 to 31.08.2025 has been issued vide office order dated 04.10.2025. Copy of the said office order dated 04.10.2025 has also been placed on record. 3. The aforesaid office instructions have redressed the grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to pay due and admissible salary to the petitioner regularly in future also.
