No. 4248/2025 The present application has been filed for recalling the bailable warrants issued by the Court. It has been submitted that inadvertently a wrong statement was made by learned counsel that his clients were not in touch with him which resulted in issuance of bailable warrants. He submitted that his clients are in regular touch with him. He has instructions to argue the matter. Hence, the bailable warrants are ordered to be recalled back unexecuted.
