1. Heard Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondent.

The present petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR registered against the petitioner as Crime No. 87/2022 for offence punishable under Section 420, 466, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR nor the charge-sheet has been submitted against him.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that neither the name of petitioner has mentioned in the FIR nor the charge-sheet has been submitted against him, as such, the present petition is a premature one.
