Grievance of the petitioner herein is that the dismissal order passed by the learned Magistrate on the protest petition filed by the petitioner seeking to take cognizance against A3 to A7 under Section 498A, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 4. Against the said impugned order, revision shall be preferred and the present petition is not maintainable. Therefore, Registry is directed to 3 return the case papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner, under proper acknowledgment, for filing appropriate petition. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
