Saikia, learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the review petition and allow him to file a fresh writ petition, in respect of the subsequent pay hikes and pay revision that has not been paid to him, in consequence to the pay and allowances that the petitioner is presently enjoying in terms of the judgement and order dated 18/02/2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 1537/2015. He also submits that the recommendations of the 5th CPC need to be explained in the fresh writ petition to be filed by the petitioner. Mr. R.K.D. Choudhury, learned DSGI, appearing for the respondents submits that he has got no objection to the same. Page No.# 3/3 The prayer of the petitioner’s counsel is allowed.
