Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and there are no specific allegations attributed against the petitioner. Considering the submissions made, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to appear before the trial Court and take appropriate course of action in the light of the judgment in the main case i.e., C.C.No.271 of 2021, on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chirala.
