The instant revision has been filed by the revisionist with a prayer to set aside the order dated 06.05.2022 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar in Misc. Case No. 950 of 2021 by which, court below rejected the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for revisionist submits, the instant revision has been filed against the order passed by the court concerned by which, application moved by the revisionist under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed but now matter between revisionist and opposite party no.2 has been settled and revisionist does not want to press the instant revision, therefore, instant revision may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of above, the instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn.
