By this common order, above noted writ petitions are hereby adjudicated as issues involved and prayer sought in all the petitions are common. The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 16.02.2024 whereby he was reverted from the post of Assistant Engineer to Junior Engineer. 3. Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. A.G., Haryana, at the outset submits that respondent vide order dated 06.03.2025 has promoted the petitioner from the post of Junior Engineer to Assistant Engineer, thus, instant petition has rendered infructuous 4.
