Heard Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that after receiving the complaint/representation from the respondent No.7, the Police called the petitioner to the Police Station and conducted a preliminary enquiry and so far, no crime has been registered against the petitioner and further submits that the Police are not interfering into the civil dispute and that the criminal petition may be disposed of. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere into the civil dispute, since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
