We have heard Ms. Sachi Mathur, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms. C.M. Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. 2. Pursuant to the notice, the corpus has been brought before this Court. We have inquired from her about her relation with the respondent. In response, she states that, the respondent is belonged to her community and due to her relations, she got married on 03.03.2025 with him and same is registered with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. She further states that her mother did not like the relations and therefore, she is complaining before the different authorities. R/SCR.A/4774/2025 ORDER DATED: 28/04/2025 3. Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that, the corpus at the time of marriage was major and now she settled with respondent husband. In such circumstances, it cannot be said that she has been detained illegally by the respondent. Petition stands dismissed accordingly. The corpus is set free by the police authority.
