Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 5. Notice in respect of the 6th respondent is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed affecting her rights and interests. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s father assigned an extent of Ac.4-50 cents in Sy.No.287-4 of Gundapuram Village, B-Mattam Mandal, YSR Kadapa District vide DKT No.267/1417, dated
22.02.2008. The 4th respondent, Tahsildar, updated the Record of Rights and mutated the name of the petitioner’s father and issued Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed. Petitioner’s father died in the year 2021, and thereafter, the petitioner came into possession and continued in possession of the said

property. The respondents 3 to 5 are trying to dispossess the petitioner without following due process. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on the oral instructions of the 4th respondent, would submit that there are disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. The respondents 3 to 5 are not interfering with the petitioner’s land (referred to supra). The submission of learned AGP is recorded. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the respondents 3 to 5 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s land of an extent of Ac.4-50 cents in Sy.No.287-4 of Gundapuram Village, B- Mattam Mandal, YSR Kadapa District without following due process.
