Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ Of Mandamus challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the grievance of the petitioner dated 11-06-2025 and 29- 07-2024 pertaining to the deletion of lands from the list of Dotted Lands list prepared under Sec.22A (1) (e) of Registration Act to the lands to an extent of Ac.1.69 Cents in Sy. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 is not considering the application/request dated 29.07.2024 vide NLR20240729475 (Ex.P7A), to delete the properties from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22A of the Registration Act and the application made on 11.06.2024 vide DTL250611049550 (Ex.P7B), to regularize the properties under the Andhra Pradesh Dotted Lands (Updation in Re-settlement Register) Rules, 2017 in respect of Ac.1.69 cents in Sy.No.661-1 and Ac.0.32 cents in Sy.No.660 of 1st petitioner; Ac.1.63 cents in Sy.No.661 of 2nd petitioner and Ac.1.02 cents in Sy.No.666-1 of 3rd petitioner in Gilakapadu Village, Rapur Mandal, Nellore District. 2. Heard Sri A. Sriram, learned counsel representing Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners purchased the aforementioned properties under the registered sale deeds dated 01.08.2017 and 07.06.2017. Since the properties are included in the list of prohibited properties, the petitioners made the aforementioned applications. However, respondent No.2 has not passed any order so far.
4. Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the applications made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders. The same is recorded.
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ petition is
disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned

counsel, directing the learned respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the applications made by the petitioners vide Exs.P7A & P7B, strictly as per law, within two (02) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
