Respondent(s) ------ CORAM :SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s):- Mr. Praveen Chandra, Advocate For the State : Ms. Amrita Banerjee, AC to GP-I 4/07.01.2025: Petitioner prays for an inter district transfer being a Primary Teacher in subject Khortha It is the case of the petitioner that due to extreme hardship she needs to be transferred from Bokaro to Ranchi. Petitioner has also filed an application for transfer. Counsel appearing on behalf of the State by referring to counter- affidavit submits that the decision will be taken in the month of June in this respect not regarding the petitioner but also for others. Considering the aforesaid stand taken by the State in their counter- affidavit sworn on 16.10.2024, I direct the State to reconsider the claim of the petitioner in respect of inter-district transfer of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within the period mentioned in the counter-affidavit. Be it noted that, I have not entered into the merit of the claim of the petitioner. Accordingly the instant writ application stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Anjali/-
