Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record. 2. The limited prayer of the petitioner – complainant in the present petition is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.8437/2023 arising out of PCR No.203/2023 registered by the petitioner against the respondents for an offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I.Act within a stipulated timeframe. 3.
In view of the fact that the aforesaid proceedings in C.C.No.8437/2023 is pending for the last two years before the Civil

Judge and JMFC, Nelamangala, without expressing any opinion on merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
