BOYS HOSTEL, GUDURU, NELLORE DISTRICT ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the official respondents in not considering my representation dated 1-10-2019, followed by the legal notice dated 14-10-2019 for keeping my name against the Serial No. 43 in the Seniority List of Hostel Welfare Officers, Grade - I in Zone - III and for initiating disciplinary proceedings against the unofficial respondent for securing promotion to the post of Warden/Matrons Grade-II from Watchman category without any rules and without following the procedure and for doing regular B.Ed. course without obtaining prior permission of the Government, and drawing full salary for the study period contrary to rules, is arbitrary, illegal, capricious and violative of Article 21 of the Indian Constitution and violative of Subordinate Service Rules For B.C. Welfare and CCA Rules, in the interest of justice. IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the official respondents to conduct enquiry against the unofficial respondent for securing the promotion to the post of Warden/Matrons Grade-II from Watchman category without any rules and without following the procedure and for doing regular B.Ed. course without obtaining prior permission of the Government, and 'drawing full salary for the study period contrary to rules, by stalling his promotion to the post of Assistant B.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of recording the same. 3.
