Baruah, learned Standing Counsel, Education Department, submits that the Appellate Authority has heard the petitioner and passed an Order rejecting the Appeal vide Order dated 16.12.2025. In support of her submissions, she has produced a copy of the said Order. Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and a copy of the said Order is also given to him. In view of above, the writ petition appears to be become infructuous and accordingly the same stands disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court through appropriate proceedings, if so advised.
