Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an F-Line Application dated 24.06.2025 (Ex.P1) and paid the necessary fee to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of Ac. 1.66 cents in Sy.No.74-2A and Ac.2.50 cents in Sy.No.74-6 of Kotha Yeturu Village, Khajipet Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District. Learned counsel would also submit that the respondents 4 and 5 have not conducted the survey. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the respondents 4 and 5 will consider the F-Line Application made by the petitioner to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of 3. % 3 Ac.1.66 cents in Sy.No.74-2A and Ac.2.50 cents in Sy.No.74-6 of Kotha Yeturu Village, Khajipet Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries, in respect of Ac.1.66 cents in Sy.No.74-2A and Ac.2.50 cents in Sy.No.74-6 of Kotha Yeturu Village, Khajipet Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District, strictly adhering to the procedure under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. This exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably in six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No order as to costs. 4.
