(2) The matter is remanded back to District Collector and District Magistrate, Bundi to consider the petitioner’s case afresh for renewal of arm [2025:RJ-JP:2975] (2 of 2) [CW-17828/2016] licence by a reasoned and speaking order taking into consideration the judgment dated 18.11.2016 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Bundi in Criminal Case No. 44/2015, CIS No. 2153/2014 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
