Ojha, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners that impugned order is one, and therefore, one writ petition is maintainable on behalf of all the petitioners. 3. Be that as it may, in the instant case there is an inordinate delay of 690 days, and each petitioners have to explain the delay of 690 days in filing the writ petition. In such view of the fact, in the opinion of the Court, one common writ petition on behalf of all the petitioners challenging the impugned order is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to each petitioners to prefer separate writ petition.
