JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY 27-10-2025 (Ashutosh Kumar, C.J.) This is an application seeking modification/correction in the judgment dated 13.06.2025 passed in WA 215/2024. The afore-noted appeal was directed against the judgment dated 23.04.2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) 7253/2019. While dismissing the appeal, the Appellate Court stated in paragraphs 24 and 26 of the judgment that the consequences of the judgment dated 23.04.2024 shall follow but inadvertently the date of the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge was wrongly stated as “19.06.2024” in place of “23.04.2024”. The judgment dated 13.06.2025 passed in the appeal, referred to Page No.# 3/3 above, is thus modified to the extent that in paragraphs 24 and 26 of the judgment, the date of the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) 7253/2019 be read as “23.04.2024”. The Interlocutory application is allowed. JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE Comparing Assistant
