ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“… to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in threatening to interfere with the construction activities of the petitioner house bearing Plot no.28, door no.1782/A, Phase 2, Hanesh nagar SVNVR Gajapathi nagar, Saligramapuram, Visakhapatnam is illegal
arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to abstract the construction of the house of the petitioner …”
2. None appears for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Endowments and Prasad Varma, learned Standing Counsel are present.

On hearing, Prasad Varma, learned Standing Counsel submits that the matter is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6513 of 2009 and batch, dated 31.12.2024, and hence, requests this Court to pass similar order in this petition also. The operative portion of the said order is as follows:-
19. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed. However, it is left open for the petitioners to claim the amount paid by them towards part sale transaction to the respondent/ temple with reasonable rate of interest or settle the issue amicably with each other. It is made clear that the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners till refund of amounts paid to the petitioners by the respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. In view of the submission made by learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Court deems it fit to dismiss the present Writ Petition in terms of the said order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition dismissed in terms of the order passed W.P.No.6513 of 2009 and batch, dated 31.12.2024. There shall be no
order as to costs.
6. The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.6513 of 2009 and batch, dated 31.12.2024 to this order.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
