Though submission of learned counsel for the review applicant is that this Court has committed an apparent error on the face of record in dismissing the appeal, we find that the appeal was dismissed taking into consideration that an attempt was made to get the service records including entries regarding date of birth [2025:RJ-JP:2072-DB] (2 of 2) [WRW-115/2021] changed on the basis of new documents submitted at the fag end of service. 3. Legal position in this regard has been well settled, therefore, no case for review is made out. 4. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
