Mr. RR Gogoi, the learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the Excise Department, Govt. of Assam. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be well advised to approach the respondent authorities then to pursue the instant proceedings. 3. Taking into account the above, the writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 4.
