The petitioners respectfully pray accordingly besides praying for award of exemplary costs and advocates fee. IA NO: 1 OF 2002(WVMP 3398 OF 2002 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Vacate the interim orders passed in WPMP No.25556/2002 in W.P.No.20385/2002, dated 11-10-2002 and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2002(WPMP 25556 OF 2002 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to issue interim direction prohibition or restraining the Respondent- Bank ir any of its authorities from terminating or discountinuing or retrenching them from service on any pretext whatever or from transferring them to any other Branch of the Bank in order to harass/victimize them in any manner whatever without reasonable cause to be made known to them as otherwise they will suffer irretrievable loss and injury after having served the Bank for several long years. This shows that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
