The petitioner has filed this petition under Order 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 25.08.2015 passed by respondent No. 4/ General Manager, District Trade and Industries Centre, Rajnandgaon by which lease granted in favour of the petitioner to the property in question has been canceled. 2. Being aggrieved with the order of rejection of lease deed, the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order of rejection of lease deed before respondent No.2 on 29.09.2015 (Annexure P/6) which is still pending for consideration. This Court on the last date of hearing directed the State to verify the fact and place on record the documents. It is also directed the respondent to deploy some ofÏcers who is well aware of the fact of the case. 3. In pursuance of direction, Mr. Shanu Vargis, General Manager appears before this Court with Mr. Kishan Lal Sahu, Dy. GA would submit that the appeal is still pending in the ofÏce of Appellate Authority. 4. Considering the submission it is directed that the Appellate Authority shall decided the appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order passed by this Court. The petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondent authority, he may take recourse under the law. 5. With this observation, the writ petition disposed off.
