1. Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for the respondents. 2. The petitioner in this writ petition has sought for a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to expedite change of

khata and mutation in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject land, in terms of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2024 vide Annexure-A.
3. On careful examination of the representation at Annexure-A would indicate that no details are forthcoming with regard to the order passed by the jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to make one more representation to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 with all the relevant details to enable the respondent to take decision in the matter.
If such a representation is made by the petitioner to respondent No.2 within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, same shall be considered by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law, and appropriate order be passed within three months thereafter. 4.
