Learned counsel representing the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be content and satisfied in case directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4) in light of judgment dated 31.5.2019 passed by the erstwhile HP Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 2249 of 2019, titled Neelam Kumari v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., judgment dated 21.12.2010 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP(T) No. 8964 of 2008, titled Prem Raj and Ors. v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. and order dated
- 2 - 20.7.2019 passed by the H.P. State Consumer Commission, in a time bound manner.

Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, while putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, fairly states that he is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Consequently, in view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide representation of the petitioner in light of aforesaid judgments expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereupon. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
