Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in paras-2 and 6 of order No. 2 dated 23.09.2025, the place of sitting court has wrongly been typed as learned SDJM, Ranchi in place of learned SDJM, Chandil. 3. It transpires that the said has occurred due to inadvertence, as such, let the place of sitting court of learned SDJM, Ranchi be read as “learned SDJM, Chandil” in paras-2 and 6 respectively in order No. 2, dated 23.09.2025. 4. Since the place of sitting court name has wrongly been typed, as such, surrender time of the petitioner before the learned court is extended for further two weeks from today. The rest of the contents of the order are kept intact. 5. Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated 23.09.2025. 6. The order dated 23.09.2025 is modified to the above extent.
