The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar (Pandra) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 376(2)(n), 417, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, XXXI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relationship between the petitioner and the informant was established in the year 2018, wherein the FIR has been registered on 18.01.2025. He submits that the informant is major and what has been happened, which is consensual in nature. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation is there of establishing relationship on the pretext of false marriage. 5. Considering that it has come in the FIR itself that the petitioner and informant were in relationship since 2018 and the FIR has been lodged on 18.01.2025 and in course of argument, it has been pointed out that the petitioner has been employed in Arunachal Pradesh [2025:JHHC:28306] -2- since 2022 and thereafter he is not in the contact of the informant, I am inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, XXXI, Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar (Pandra) P.S.
