Mohd. Umar Khan and Others”, by which, the evidence of the revisionist-claimant has been closed. 2. Heard Mr. Rachit Manglik, learned counsel for revisionist and Mr. D.C.S. Mr. Rachit Manglik, Advocate, submitted that the respondent no.1 and respondent no.2 have not appeared before the Tribunal. He has requested to grant the revisionist only one opportunity to conclude his evidence. 5. Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, Advocate, has opposed the said request. 6. Having heard and in the facts and circumstances of the case, learned Tribunal is directed to grant one more opportunity to the revisionist- claimant to conclude his evidence. 7. It is made clear that on the date to be fixed by the Tribunal, the revisionist-claimant shall produce his entire evidence. If adjournment is sought by the revisionist-claimant on the said date, the Tribunal would not grant the same and proceed in accordance with law. 8.
