Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in WPC No.1634 of 2017, the impugned orders dated 14.02.2008, 07.09.2009 and 24.03.2011 were set aside, and the matter was remitted back to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) to decide it afresh. She would contend that in light of the order passed in WPC No. 1634 of 2017, nothing remains for adjudication in the present case. 2.
