THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA WRIT PETITION NO: 18449 OF 2025 The Court made the following: The grievance of the petitioner is against the inaction of the respondents in not deleting the petitioner’s subject property from the list of prohibited properties under the provisions of Section 22(A)(1)(c) of the Registration Act, 1908.
2. It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject land over an extent of Ac.1.2814 cents in R.S.No.348/3 situated at Atukuru Village, Unguturu Mandal, Krishna District. However, the said land has been notified under the prohibited category in the list of prohibited properties, seeking deletion of the same the petitioner has submitted a representation in the year
2021. Pursuant to the said representation, the 2'"'^ respondent Commissioner called for a report from the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments vide proceedings dated 21.12.2021. However, no final orders have been passed on the said representation, it is stated that the petitioner once again made a representation on 20.05.2025, which is still pending for
consideration before the Commissioner. Hence, the present writ petition is the 1 I filed. Heard Sri D.V.Sasidhar,

respondent No.4. With the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Having regard to the fact that the representation was submitted in the year 2021 seeking deletion of the subject property from the prohibited category, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2^^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation filed in the year 2021, followed by another representation dated 20.05.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing the petitioner. to
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
